Remember in my post entitled Building an Empire…Cooperatively I defined a Co-op as the professional title for a group of people working together for mutual benefit. The Block Standard Network has brought together the best Black bloggers on the net who are focused on stacking chips and making the world a better place in the process.

I even started burning copies for my barber shop!
Mike Booker of Time Greater Than Money brings his web savvy and college swagg to the group, delivering down to Earth information on making money online and establishing a web presence.He’s the author of TGTmoney: Wordpress Web Design Made Easy, and TGTmoney’s Guide To Truly Make Money Online
Charles “CZA” Sweet, one of the site owners that helped me first get started is a veteran in the field of publication- both online and off. As a University of Texas at Dallas alumni, he began his foray by writing freelance for publications like the Dallas Observer, Baller Status and Electronic Beat magazine before accepting a staff writer position with the nationally distributed Basic Magazine. In it, he interviewed several of music’s hottest including Ice Cube, Yung Joc and more.
True Man is a newcomer to the world of blogging, but has made big waves since his October debut. His website, Man Among Boys, is intelligently urban, applicable to both sexes, and is distinctly anti-Kanye West (would get my props for no other reason than that!)
With our powers combined the game has evolved. The Block Standard Network, along with future Block Standard branded projects will give readers 360 degrees of knowledge and almost a half century of combined wisdom and ideas.
